Terms of service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms govern subscription to and use of Adri. By creating an account or taking out a subscription you declare that you have read and expressly accept them.

This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Provider details

  • Provider: JP Servicios de Publicidad y Directorios, S.L.
  • Spanish tax ID (NIF): B70934898
  • Address: Calle Hurtado de Amézaga 14, entresuelo 1º izquierda, 48008 Bilbao (Bizkaia), España
  • Email: jpserviciosypublicidad@gmail.com
  • Registered at the Commercial Registry of Bizkaia: volume 6252, folio 188, section 8, sheet BI-82621, entry 1.

2. Purpose and description of the service

Adri is a cloud service that analyses the customer's website, proposes keywords, generates editorial articles optimised for search engines and artificial intelligence models, and either publishes them to the customer's content management system or keeps them as drafts for review.

The customer decides at all times, from the dashboard, whether each article is published automatically to their website or left as a draft pending review.

3. Registration and user account

Subscribing to the service requires creating an account with accurate, up-to-date details. The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.

The customer must own the website they connect to the service, or hold sufficient authorisation from its owner to publish content on it.

4. Acceptable use

The customer undertakes not to use the service to:

  • Generate or publish unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content infringing third-party rights.
  • Impersonate individuals or organisations.
  • Produce deliberate disinformation or misleading content on health, financial or legal matters.
  • Reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent usage limits or resell access without authorisation.
  • Connect websites over which they hold no publishing rights.

5. Prices, billing and VAT

The Starter plan costs €29 per month, taxes included, and covers 10 articles per month and one website. Each additional website is purchased separately at €39 per month or €216 per year, taxes included.

Displayed prices include Spanish Value Added Tax at the applicable rate. For intra-EU supplies to businesses or professionals holding a VAT identification number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply, in which case the invoice will be issued without VAT.

Payment is taken in advance through Stripe. An invoice is issued for each charge and is available in the Settings area of your account.

6. 15-day free trial

Every new subscription includes a free trial of 15 calendar days from activation. During that period you have access to all the plan's features at no cost.

A payment method must be registered to start the trial, but no charge is made during the 15 days. If you cancel before the period ends, you will not be charged.

If the trial period ends without cancellation, the subscription automatically becomes a paid one and the first monthly charge is taken.

The trial period is offered once per customer.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription runs monthly and renews automatically for equal periods unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time and without giving reasons from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is available by the same means and with the same ease as subscribing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period: you keep access to the service until that date and no further charges are made. No pro-rata refunds are issued for a period already started, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you subscribe to Adri as a consumer — meaning a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession — you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days from conclusion of the contract, without needing to give reasons, under articles 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

In practice, the 15-day free trial described in the previous clause is longer than that statutory period: no charge is made during those days and you may cancel at no cost.

Please note that, under article 103.m) of that same law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services already performed where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose that right once the contract has been performed. By requesting article generation you give that express consent.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply notify us unequivocally by email at jpserviciosypublicidad@gmail.com before the period expires.

If you subscribe in the course of your trade, business or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you; the cancellation policy in clause 7 applies instead.

9. Intellectual property in generated content

The articles, images and texts the service generates for your website belong to you. JP Servicios de Publicidad y Directorios, S.L. assigns to you exclusively and in full any exploitation rights it may hold over that content, for every form of exploitation, in every territory and for the maximum term permitted by law.

You should be aware that the extent of copyright protection for AI-generated content is currently subject to legal debate in Spain and the European Union, and that we cannot guarantee such content is protectable against third parties.

The platform, its code, its trade mark and its graphic elements remain the property of JP Servicios de Publicidad y Directorios, S.L.. The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for as long as it remains in force.

10. AI-generated content

Content is produced using language models which, despite the quality controls and claim-verification checks built into the service, may generate inaccurate, outdated or incorrect information.

The customer bears ultimate responsibility for the content published on their website. For that reason, the service allows articles to be kept as drafts and provides review tools, quality scoring and flagging of claims that require a source.

If the customer enables automatic publishing, they expressly accept that content will be published without prior review on their part and accept any consequences arising from this.

JP Servicios de Publicidad y Directorios, S.L. does not guarantee any specific outcome in terms of search engine rankings, traffic, conversions or citation by artificial intelligence assistants, as these depend on factors beyond its control.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available, although no guaranteed service level is committed to. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or incidents affecting infrastructure providers.

Where possible, scheduled downtime will be announced in advance.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of JP Servicios de Publicidad y Directorios, S.L. towards the customer for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount actually paid by that customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We accept no liability for loss of profit, loss of rankings or traffic, or for penalties imposed by search engines or other platforms.

These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor against consumers where consumer protection law prevents liability being limited or excluded.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the contract, after prior notice where the nature of the breach allows, in the event of non-payment, use contrary to clause 4, or activity compromising the security of the platform or of third parties.

The customer may terminate the contract at any time by cancelling their subscription and, if they wish, deleting their account from the dashboard.

14. Changes to the terms and prices

We may amend these terms or the price of the service. Any substantial change will be notified by email at least thirty calendar days before it takes effect.

If you do not accept the change, you may cancel your subscription before that date without penalty. Continuing to use the service after it takes effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Affiliate programme

Participation in the affiliate programme is governed by the specific terms published on the programme page, which supplement these terms.

16. Data protection

Processing of the customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Where the customer uploads third-party personal data to the service, the customer acts as controller and JP Servicios de Publicidad y Directorios, S.L. as processor, subject to article 28 GDPR.

17. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Where the customer is a consumer, the competent courts are those of the customer's place of residence, and no other forum may be imposed. In contracts with businesses or professionals, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of Bilbao, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
